Just started diving this summer off Gozo in the Med. Looking to take it further but in need of some advice.
What do you guys consider to be the minimum personal equipment list I should start with. In other words. What should I be looking to buy first!
 
That all depends on where you are going to dive and the availability of rentalequipment.
It also depends on what kind of diving you are interested in doing.

However... a good place to start is ABC-equipment and a computer.
Get a computer that handles nitrox, and has the option of being used in gauge-mode.

If you are going to dive primarily in England, you might want to see if there is a local diveclub around, and check out wether they use a drysuit or wetsuit for exposure protection.
