I'm wondering if there are pools in South Florida that don't require liability insurance for scuba divers. I would like to try a new gear in a no flow, fresh water environment.

I live in Coral Springs, Florida.

Thanks.

Why fresh?

Jules has no flow.

I want to set up a double tank and wing (move tanks up or down) and try a side mount harness too; all during a day. I prefer to do it in a pool where I can make the adjustment right away.

Its a bit farther north but we often use Blue Heron Bridge for that sort of experimenting or a friends pool :)
