The diving in Cozumel is pretty good. I was there in May 2004. Mostly drift diving from what I know. I did my first two dives being certified there.
The first dive was to a depth of 100 ft at the Palancar wall, really nice. So my first dive as a certified diver I broke the rules (60 ft max for OWDC) But it was worth it.
