Well, looks like im gona be broke the rest of my life with wanting all this fancy diving equip. Started when I was 15 and am now 16. I am Nitrox certified and rescue certified. Curently trying to work something out with my instructer on starting with some of the things I need to get done for divemaster, then I can get it the second I turn 18. Glad I found this site, lots of info. My info is in my profile so i guess thats about it.
Thanks

Hi there! I'm Kayla, and I'm 16 as well! I hope to get to know you better... if you have any questions or problems, or you just want to chat, PM me! I know how you feel about being broke from dive gear though.... I've been there!

Safe diving! :dazzler1:

Heya and welcome to the ScubaBoard!!! Don't fret about being broke, just stay wet and all will be well :D ...... I'm certainly glad you found us, it's nice to have more and more teen views here to enlighten us "not so cool anymore, but think we are" parents/people. Hope you enjoy! :wavey:

Wait till you buy a house...and then get divorced...then you will know what broke is

LOL welcome to the board. I feel your pain about being broke. I'm a college student.. This weeks been tough, rent and utilities due, just bought a video camera and underwater housing on ebay and then I bought 2 regs today. No more money for food now. Guess I'll just have to go spear fishing or go catch some lobsters. Have a good one.

Welcome to ScubaBoard! :happywave

Somehow the money thing always seems to work itself out! You see some cool new toys and then you figure out what you're going to do to make that much more money. This is never ending. :crafty:

Dive safe!

Christian

P.S. Due to the high volume of new posts in the Introductions and Greets forum, it's not always possible to keep up with all the new posts here. So, please help me out and send me a PM if you post anything you want me to read or repsond to in this forum.

Welcome to the board. Maybe you could do odd jobs around a local dive shop in exchange for gear. I have given instuction for free to teens who can not afford the class (but had the desire) in exchange for some chores.
