Greetings everyone!

I've been reading the posts from time to time...and finally...got bold enough to join in.

Excited to be here and be a part of such a supportive community. You know...I'm not sure what's the best part about being a diver...getting to visit the magnificent underwater realm...or getting to associate with such great people.

Due to the "rough start" in diving that I experienced...my passion is encouraging females to become active in the sport...and to be a "girl" diver. We don't need to dive deeper, farther or faster...we just need to become like the mermaids...and never stay dry for too long!

Hello and welcome girldiver! I am also a girl diver but I do like to go deeper to the wreck diving. BUt I do like your idea of becoming more like mermaids
