Hi everyone! My name is Airman Dan Roy with the United States Air Force. I am stationed here in beautiful Okinawa Japan. While I am here I will take advantage of the wonderful water. I Figure diving will be a much better way to spend my time and money than getting drunk and fighting like everyone else.
I bought all of my snorkle gear today (wet suit, fins, snorkle, mask, gloves, hood) and an underwater camera (Sea & Sea 750G). I can't wait to get into the water!
I start my diving classes April 9th.
I am from the San Francisco Bay Area and its a shame I didn't do any diving there. I lived close to Monterey which I'm sure is known for its diving.
Just thought I'd stop in and say hi for my first post!
