Hello, and welcome to Scubaboard. I have been to Cozumel, and the diving there is very good. Of course, there are other dive destinations in Mexico, too. You can get more information from existing posts, and also post messages with questions on the Mexico message board; more people familiar with Mexico diving are likely to see your post there.
