there is a big difference between regular scuba diving for sport diving and tech diving like Ice diving, Cave diving Wreck diving. Then there's commerical diving and then even in the ranks of commerical diving, welding, inspections, all the way to Sat.
Just think of a 15 yr old telling you hes going to be a race car diver and then he goes on to ask, were a car dealer is located at. But never mentions Dirt Track, Nascar, NHRA, Indy ... ? Also he doesn't have a drivers much less a pro drivers ticket!
Yes it's something like that ... get signed up to take an open water class and start there to even see if you like diving first of all.
