Newbie from Alabama

Next week, I am taking the open water course in Destin next week, and will be joining the ranks of recreational divers.

I live in Tuscaloosa, and probably meet everybody's definition of "old fart," being 60 my last birthday. SCUBA is something I've been meaning to do since I was a kid. I guess it's too bad that I waited so late - but great that I'm finally doing it.
