Hopin' To Dive More in So. California

New to board....hello everybody.

My name is Ken, I'm PADI certified Avanced Open Water, and I live in Phoenix..... unfortunately, there are no great dive opportunities here (unless you really like lake diving in).

I was in San Diego in August and had the chance to dive the Yukon, Ruby E., and NOSC Towers....so cool!

I really wanna do some shore diving in So. Cal. I'm gonna be at Dana Point for a week starting tomorrow (10/19/08); hoping I can hook up with some people and get wet.

I'm also looking forward to my trip to Kauai in February....I imagine I should be able to get some good diving in (weather permitting).

Hope for the opportunity to meet with some of you.

Dwaters...thanks for the info. I had already checked out the Crabs, seems as though the group has suffered a bit of a slow down lately, but I'm hoping the other link (Laguna Sea Dwellers) pans out.

In the mean time, if you know of any shore dives in the Dana Point area coming up between now and Sunday, I'd be interested to hear. Also, if you know of a good dive shop I may need some air.

Also, thanks for the Arizona link....I hadn't seen that one yet. I'll be sure to check it out when I get the chance.
