I'm heading over there my self but not until Jan 2010.
I have a few friends that's been over on Utila and went diving with Deep Blue. The Course Director for that company is Phil. I haven't met him personally, but he is a good friend of the Course Director at the dive center I work for.
Check it out and see want you think. I know I will definitely go with them when I get over there.
