I have a 1984 Baltic 38DP, with retractable keel 5.5 up and 8.8 down, making it the perfect go anywhere boat. Custom Aluminum Hydraulic Bauer dive compressor and 4 tank locker installed by Baltic Yachts when new. Since 2003 I have replaced the engine with a new Yanmar, and rebuilt the transmission then as well. Also the mast has been replaced with a new custom carbon fiber mast. New Garmin chartplotters at the navigation station and helm networked together as well as a Raytheon STS 7000 Autohelm. Recent Hood Vectran main and genoa and new asymmetrical spinnaker with sock and cruising spinnaker with sock as well. The bottom has been cleaned and painted every year. There are many new spectra halyards and new shackles as well. New head, new corian counters, new force ten stove, all systems completely serviced. There is an Avon inflatable dinghy with 5hp outboard as well. Newer Alpine radio with Aux and Ipod inputs. New varnish throughout 90% of the interior. New companion way hatch. New cushions.... New rudder bushings 04.... New mid ship and for deck hatches.... New muffler 2006. Simply stated I have invested well over 250k into this vessel with the intention of continuing and sailing the east coast. Moving to Colorado! Value $150k.... Make offer.
