I began scuba diving a year ago and just can't get enough!! I'm already an advanced open water with Nitrox, equipment and very soon dry suit specialties. Because my diving season ended way too early last autumn ( it gets cold up here )I just bought myself a drysuit so I guess I will be ice diving next winter )
Can't blame you for getting that dry suit... I did a fall dive in Wisconsin this year to around 95 feet. 43 degrees in a wetsuit was not all that comfortable and I was very jealous of my fellow divers in dry suits. Safe diving and good luck on the ice dives!
