    Hello

    Greetings from South Africa.

I have my PADI Divemaster. I just wanted to know what are the implications of not renewing? Also I haven't dived in over a year, what happens to my DM status, I can't very well give myself a refresher course if I do decide to renew however I feel I'm a bit out of practise with a few training skills. Is there somewhere online where I can get a DM refresher course?

    Thanks

If you don't renew you will not be in active teaching status and can not represent your self as a PADI Pro and can not do the duties as a Divemaster. If your talking about diving skills, the best way is to find a PADI Instructor that you trust and ask them to give you a refresher course and help with any skills that you may have problems with, since the best way to (re)learn diving is by diving.
