I'm a long time student of marine biology, but only now am I taking the step to learn how to dive. I'm travelling to Panglao in the Philippines for a 4 day stay, hopefully to complete my PADI open water training.
I'm living in Hong Kong and hope that this is just the start of a lifelong hobby.
If anybody can help, where do I post in this forum? I've got loads of questions about Panglao diving, like are there any dive shop recommendations? Should I be afraid of the shops that charge 25% less than others? Any advice to make my first trip as easy as possible is also appreciated, since I'm not even sure what to ask.
