Hello. I've just started my Open Water Course and I had my second pool lesson today and I'll have my very first Open Water dive this coming weekend - in a freezing lake in Kent. I'm finding everything a bit tricky to remember at the moment but I guess that's all part of learning.
I found this forum after browsing the internet for diving information and stories and after browsing for a while decided to sign up and post I hope nobody will mind me asking "newbie" questions!

Its a lot at first to keep it all straight. Just try to stay calm and ask questions. Don't be afraid to let instructors know if you need more assistance.
