How to add a Profile Picture?

Hi all,
I have just signed up and can't seem to figure out how to add a profile picture..? Anyone able to help me?

Hi Matt, Welcome to Scubaboard. In the upper right corner of your screen is UserCP (control Panel). From there you will see messages, subscriptions, settings, etc. Use the various setting to fill in your profile so we all know more about you, as well as upload profile and avatar photos.
