Hi All,

I am pretty new to the area and want to get back into diving. I ran a tech dive shop and dive mastered for quite a while about 10 years ago.i just finished a refresher course and it came right back. I bought all my gear back and now just need to find some dive buddies... Not getting back into tech yet. Just want to do some "normal" dives for now. Let me know if you're local. Thanks everyone

Hi! I'm down in South Broward, and get out diving about once a month or so, usually with the Gold Coast Scuba meetup group:

http://www.meetup.com/goldcoastscuba/

They're a good bunch of people and have a variety of beach and boat dives throughout the week. I didn't know any other divers after I got certified so finding this group was a big help.

Dave I run a Meetup group of about 100 very good divers that range from AOW all the way to Meg instructor in the Broward area. Feel free to join the group, and join us on some dives. I run out of Hillsboro inlet about 4 times a week. Great way to meet advanced local divers, and get some wreck diving in! We also do quite a bit of spearfishing, and lionfish eradication.
