It'll be dependent on the Kbay firing range hours, I think. Check with Honu Divers (I think the name is), they run a more flexible operation that seems to cater to advanced divers looking to get to less frequently dove sites using a RIB, and while I haven't gone out with them I have seen them around that area and heard good stuff about them.
