Hi everyone. My name is William Pelletier, and I'd like to extend warm greetings from one of the premeire dive spots in the U.S., Morehead City, NC.
Although I am not yet a diver I am preparing to take dive classes this summer, and I am really looking forward to it. If anyone here has some "starting out" advice, I'd appreciate it. Since I'm new to diving, and recognize and respect many of the dangers involved in the sport, I'd like to find out all I can so that I don't make those mistakes.

Welcome to the board. Pay close attention to the instruction. Diving is a terrific sport, and fairly safe, but it can seriously hurt you if you are not careful.
