    Howdy from Cleveland

I have been snooping around this awesome board for more than 1 year now. My wife and I did a resort course in Playa del Carmen in November, 2003... we loved it and I knew then that scuba diving was something I wanted to do- all the time. When we returned to snowy Cleveland, we talked about getting our OW cert. In May, we did the weekend crash course and confined water dives and with the referral, we completed our open water dives the following weekend in Mexico. Big props to Dive Adventuras in Puerto Adventuras Mexico and Just Add Water in Willoughby Ohio for giving my life purpose again and making it more enjoyable. Next weekend we are doing our AOW certification and with any luck, I'll have my Divemaster certification within the next year!

    Dive on,
    Josh in Cleveland

Glad you found us (and stopped lurking)! This is a great place to spend your SI, but watch out, it's addictive!

Check out the Great Lakes Wrecking Crew forum for neighbours and info.

Extra training is always great, but don't fail to mix in the experience...

    don

BTW - Did you set up your Profile, as suggested here: http://www.scubaboard.com/t60416.html I update mine after every trip.

You can test the tanks you breathe or - dive on hope.
    Testing is safer...

Great news for vacation divers who cannot talk themselves into buying a personal CO tank tester!

    >> Rent one for a week or longer here <<
Now let's see more CO readings in your trip reports, ok...??
