I joined a couple of weeks ago and last weekend had a nice encounter with the texas swamp divers in Terrell... So I figured I'd send a thanks note to the members who helped us find the coffin...

:sunny Hi there! My name is Matt. Welcome to Scuba Board! I came here looking for help with my diving dream. I’ve met a lot of nice divers and many helpful divers too. I think you will get the information you need from SB. I look forward to reading more of your posts about your diving adventures. If you’d like to chat, please PM me.
I am looking forward to seeing you some more around the boards!

Hi there! My name is Kayla, and I have been diving for over two years now! I think that you will be able to learn a lot here at ScubaBoard, and hopefully you will be able to post about some of your experiences as well. If you have any questions, please PM me. Otherwise, I hope to get to know you better around the boards!

Safe diving!

Welcome to ScubaBoard! :happywave

There's got to be a story behind this one, since you mentioned a coffin. Maybe someone will clue us in.

Don't forget to fill out your profile and dive info, so that we can add context to your future posts. Also, once we know where you are geographically, you may find that you'll have a whole bunch of new dive buddies to choose from locally.

Dive safe!

Christian

P.S. Due to the high volume of new posts in the Introductions and Greets forum, it's not always possible to keep up with all the new posts here. So, please help me out and send me a PM if you post anything you want me to read or repsond to in this forum.

well at terrell their is a sunken american airlines plane , a metal shark and a coffin to find under water, the coffin is the hardest to find ( also the smallest).

Welcome to the board!

Welcome to the board, and congrats. on becoming an official Texas Swamp Diver!

Like I told txclifton, sorry I missed the coffin on the way out. I can get lost going to the refigerator in my own house. :D But at least we "stumbled" upon it on the way back. Ken took some pics. but hasn't posted them yet.

For a look at the alligator we found on the next dive go [post=763877]here[/post].

Again, welcome to the board! And come on in to the Swamp and post.
