Out of practice Oklahoma diver, here!

Came to the forum to see what's being said about Little Cayman and the aftermath of Ivan.

My wife and I were PADI certified in '94 and dove different parts of the Caribbean on a yearly basis thru '99, when we started our family. Little Cayman was far and away our favorite and, with our kids a little older, we wanted to go back. We will be at LCBR the first week of May. Planning a refresher course at one of the dive shops here in the spring. Has anything *radical* changed with diving since we've been out of the water?

Well, with rebreathers being the predominant dive rig now, and fins more often worn on the hands than feet...

Just kidding I imagine it'll be like riding a bike. Sounds like a good time taking the kids to the sunny Caribbean!
