My wife and I returned to Grand Turk for diving between 12/26/04 and 1/1/05. Oasis Dive, and Island House continue to be wonderful dive shop and place to stay. Unfortunately, it appears that all the hurricanes this summer have silted up the coral, so its not as colorful as we recall from our past visit in 2002. Hopefully the sand and silt will disappear and the colors will be restored.

Welcome to the board!

I arranged made the arrangements for our group to head out to GT in 2 weeks. I'm keeping my fingers and fins crossed that this summer's hurricanes hasn't stirred things up too miserably.

Still once you hear yourself say, "20'! Great viz today!" Then I can't imagine GT being too disappointing.

Has anyone heard of GTs current diving conditions?
