hi
does anyone know where i can find good big dive shops in Tokyo?
i'll be going there for a few days next week and would love to browse in a good dive shop if i have a chance.
they seem to have some pretty neat gadgets and gizmos!
Answer is on the 3rd floor and sells underwater video and photography equipment, but in the same building on the 2nd floor is another shop that sells various diving equipment (fins, masks, etc.). And in the basement is yet another store that sells wetsuits.
If you don't mind me hijacking this post slightly...
I know of d-aquos but does anyone know which shops in Tokyo tends to have the best prices on Inon lenses and strobes? I might try to make a trip up to Tokyo soon to visit some old friends.
My GF will be at Tokyo this winter. I plan to get ScubaPro New Jet fin, Revo.
Where is the best place to get SP stuff at Tokyo through online or off line.
Have you ever tried SP Revo fin? I am not sure what size is matching with old XL jet fin though.... She is also diver.... decent...

Mar Scuba is an Inon dealer.
Let me know exactly what models you are interested in, because some strobes are in short supply or have long lead times.
Please note that the warranty would only be valid in Japan for purchases made here, your distributor or authorized shop will have a HK valid warranty product.

thanks mars. You guys are in Nakano-ku, right? Yeah I'm aware of the warranty issue, but most likely I'll be looking at add-on lenses (macro/ wide angle) for the AD28 mount for a Canon S70...
more specifically:
Macrolens -UCL-165AD+ AD Mount Converter for UCL-165AD
WA lens -UWL-100 28AD and maybe the dome...
BTW, is the new Inon D-2000W out in stores yet (the one that does both optical TTL and S-TTL)?
PM me if you can give me a quote on these products.
