This year between cash and gifts sent, we raised somewhere in the neighborhood of 2K for Kimber and the kids (I say neighborhood because some crazy elf bought a Wii off of ebay and chooses not to divulge the cost).
The children have toys and money to purchase a few more. In addition to the toys, they will be able to get the necessities like clothes, jackets, and shoes (whatever mom says they need lol). Also many of you had said if there was extra money, which there was, that you would like to see it go to Kimber and so it did
Thank you, thank you everyone. SB has some of the most wonderful people on this earth - I know this for a fact. Your thoughtfulness and generosity is appreciated so much. I know it has choked me up and brought me to tears more than once... All I can is you guys rock! :santasmil

Words cannot express the way I feel about all of this generosity that you all have shown towards my children and I this past 20 months.
I wasn't expecting this at all - and being in the hospital over the past 6 weeks I haven't exactly had the chance to go Christmas shopping. Once again SB has come to the rescue!
I couldn't have bought all the amazing things you guys got for them. If they ever needed a boost up - it's now. The holidays are hard on ALL of us - but especially hard on kids who are separated from their parents or in this case their mom. I won't be out of the hospital by Christmas this year - so thank u for making the kids Christmas as great as it can be!
