Anyone going to the FL Keys, especially Key Largo/ Tavernier area, I recommend Conch Republic Divers. They offer PADI, NAUI, and SDI instruction, and take you to some of the best dive sites on the Upper Keys. Very excellent customer service, great instructors (ask for Jason), and reasonably priced. My husband and I were glad to do our AOW and NITROX certs with them, and we will recommend them to anyone we know.
