Bruce from Down Under writing to compliment ScubaBasics in Indianapolis for their persistence and patience in obtaining a hard-to-find wetsuit that I ordered. These guys get high marks for their outstanding customer service and dedication to customer satisfaction.

I also had a terrific experience with Scuba Basics. Bought two complete scuba gear packages after doing extensive research on the internet. Got great prices, excellent advice from Jim, and when the shipper messed up the delivery (which sometimes happens), Scuba Basics kept on the order, and provided great customer service till I received my gear. They are one of the best internet vendors I've worked with to-date. Top marks!!
