Recently snagged my Dive Alert Plus hard and broke it in half. 100% completely my fault. I couldn't tell how to put it together and knew I must have lost some parts let alone how damaged it was. I sent it back to Dive Alert in CA for an estimate. I received an Email from Dan Warter, GM of Dive Alert letting me know they looked at it and replaced the missing parts, put it together, and mailing it back to me. ALL AT NO CHARGE !!!. When we hear about dive equipment companies that go well above and beyond in both customer service and great products, they deserve a shout out to let others know they have your back when it comes to safety equipment. Thank You Dive Alert Plus !!
