1-- Alexander Spring is a great place to dive for those who have been out of scuba for one or more years. It is a perfect place to practice skills.
2 -- DIVERS need to bring all of their gear with them! THERE IS NO SCUBA RENTAL OR FILLS near by. Suggested gear: 3 or 5 mm wetsuit, 2 tanks, in addition to the usual stuff.
3 -- This event is planned as a "2 tank" dive. Maximum depth is 27 ffw so depending on your air consumption, you may only need to use a single tank for both dives.
4 -- Nice changing facilities are available so bring dry clothes for the ride home.
5 -- LUNCH about 12 noon. Each person should bring their own lunch. BBQ pits and picnic tables are available through out the area in direct view of the spring.
6 -- Last dive will begin no later than 2 pm.
BRING YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY! Alexander Spring offers swimming and scuba diving in a crystal clear, 72 degree spring run. It is one of the few sites where divers and non-divers can mingle at the dive site!
Friends and family can enjoy floating or snorkeling above scuba divers in the crystal clear waters of Alexander Spring. There is an easy entry point in front of the spring boil.
