Howdy -

Just got myself a (simple) spool with SMB/Safety Sausage and I was wondering how you tied it off.

ie. After I release the spool at say 30 feet and inflate the SMB, how do I tie the spool off to stop it unravelling and/or getting its knickers in knots.

Couldn't find any threads on this, and none of my dive mates uses this system...

Pikkies would be great!

Monkee Boy says thanks!

cheers

Use a double ender clip and hook it back to the spool.

same here, of course only on those occasions where i dont get dragged to the surface by the bag  :D
