I dive in murky water with limited visibility, usually 5 feet or less. does anyone here dive in these conditions and can recommend a good light? i'm planning on doing some search and recovery stuff.

thanks

Hi,

me too I do so .
The strongest light with a spot reflector you can get is what you have to buy. Preferred should be HID do to high blue colour rate. So a 35W HID light should be the best for you.

Greetings, Michael

Hi there, From my experience in poor, low vis Scottish waters, my UK D8R was excellent, before it went wrong. This was dissapointing, but I think isolated as I dive with 3 other guys who are out far more than me and theirs work fine.

Thanks for the comments, I went ahead and went with the diverite 10w HID with 6 degree bulb and wreck1 canister.
