I´m having issues updating firmware on my xen to 2.31. Upload fails every time. Set com speed fails. Trying to connect to MAC

I'm facing the same issue. Recently purchase Xen, am trying to upgrade to 2.32. But communication via PC interface always fails. Using Mac mountain lion. I have yet to test it out on windows. Kind of disappointing for me as a first time user.
