I know this is a real long shot, but I hate for someone to not get this light back. It's not a cheap dive light.
I can't get into specifics, but someone was forced to part with a dive light in the Pisa, Italy airport recently. The light is now in my possession. If the owner contacts me with the make, model and day of the flight, I'll ship it to them.

Commenting to keep this alive. Wanna see owner reunited with light!

You don't know the nationality, departure point or destination of the light's owner?

Nope, I know nothing about the owner.

I contacted the manufacturer to see if they had any information about the owner based on warranty paperwork. They didn't have anything.
