Picture this:
A cement mixer with a collar/sleeve built into it. Set your tank in it, clamp it down, and you have a tank tumbler. I see one in the local hardware store that states it mixes concrete at 75 rpm, which I believe is the maximum speed you would want for a tumbler. Am I dreaming that if it could do 1-1/2 yards of cement, it could do a steel tank?

What's wrong with this scenario?
