1 Strobe 2 Video lights and only 2 Flex Arms?
Here's a DIY solution to mount 1 video light underneath your strobe.

1/2" UHMW Plastic.
1/4 x 2 SS Bolt, Lock washer and Wing nut.

The UHMW is slick stuff so I added a small strip of thin dense foam/rubber to the clamping surface around the arm to give it some grip.
