Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia - Dive Shop Recommendations?

I have to go to KK in March, 2015 for a conference. I'll get there a few days early or stay a few days late so that I can dive. PADI lists 103 5 stars and 238 dive shops nearby.

Is there a shop that you would recommend?

Anybody know any can't-miss dive sites at least in the TARP? Going there in April as well for holiday and looking to do some diving. Thanks!
