Is there any difference between the Abyss 22 and the Navy Abyss 22 aside from the Navy being cold water rated?

Price-wise, one online site shows the Navy as being sold on Closeout, and another site is selling the Navy for about $200 less than the Abyss 22. So is the Navy coming to its end-of-life?

I think the navy was aimed at the classic reg group as the navy first stage was oil filled cold water kit and the standard rubber hose was on the navy the only other difference was the black Teflon like coating on the second stage. the dry cold water kit can be added to the mr22 first stage or replace the oil filled kit on the navy.
