Hi, i found this things on my boat lower unit after 1 month on a fresh water lake can some one help me to identify ,looks like a red worm inside the tubes and grow bigger. i call to some aquaculture and biological investigation sites on mexico, but they dont care about, some one see a similar thing?

Pics are pretty blurry, but might be a plumatellid bryozoan. They are colonial gelatinous things that make branching colonies. Pretty much harmless biofouler, just scrub it off.
