Fish ID: Is this angel fish supposed to be in the Atlantic?

I took photos of this angel fish this past weekend on Breakers reef in West Palm Beach, Florida. Anyone recognize it? Is it a pacific fish that someone let out of an aquarium?
 
Hm. Is that a supermale? Do angels do that?

I've also spotted the Emperor Anglefish on Separated Rocks off Deerfield Beach. There are lots of exotics in the area.
 
They are pretty cool fish and they always look grumpy - sort of "swimming around looking for a fight"..
Also called Arabian Angelfish - very common here...

yeah well.. you should quizz me on parrotfish

there's just too many variations to keep track of!
