While I have been invited to join Scott down in Baja, its pictures like these that make me hesitate. Right after the picture was taken, the squid turned on Scott and attempted to take a bite (beak) out of his head. Scott was able to get his arm up in time, but even with the Neptonic chain suit on, Scott felt the crushing pressure that the beak of a squid this size can produce. The suit did protect Scott from any piercing bites.

WOW! Makes me sort of happy the Great Lakes don't have much marine life!! lol
