First I loved snorkelling and didn't believe that diving should be better. We had great times while snorkelling the reefs of the Maldives several years and saw all kind of fishes, reef sharks, even Manta rays. So why go deeper? After El Nino the corals - before as colorful as jewels were looking white, were broken or covered with green algas - I wanted to cry and decided to become a diver because I wanted to know if the corals are looking better in the deep. From the first moment I loved diving - it was the best decision in my life to become a diver :-)
