    Hi again, sorry it took me so long to reply, i was looking for a reply in the pm section. Well after all that, my dad grabbed it and fixed it after maybe a month after it had been fully submerged. LCD screen and all!! if you are interested and still have it, all we did was using pipe cleaners and cotton buds dip them in ethanol (pure alcohol) and clean all the contacts then leave it over night in silica gel beads and then reassemble the next day and it worked perfectly!!!
    but as you said their service was ****e, wouldnt accept that it was their housing that failed.

    Hey blabber, I just had my go pro open up at 15m, just plain freediving, no caves or ledges. also using the LCD backback and the little black clip just opened up. I could hear it rattling around when I was down and once I had surfaced it had flooded. Did you have any luck getting through to go pro? Oh and my housing clip will just about fall off if subjected to pressure like you talked about in one of the threads.
