Auto restorer by trade, primarily older Corvettes & Camaros from the muscle car era. Hobbies include scuba diving & photography. Spent from Oct 04 to Sept 09 as one of the regulars at Tripadvisor's Cozumel forum, most of that time as a Destination Expert. Resigned when the site got a bit too commercial.

Dive History:

First dove in Alexander Springs in Florida, then many years later I went to Cozumel to snorkel. After just 1 afternoon of snorkeling I knew I needed a tank on my back & took the necessary steps to make it happen. I took the resort course the next morning, dove every day for the rest of my vacation, went home & got certified. I have dove in central Florida (springs) the Keys, Freeport, Cuba, Kauai, but most of all in Cozumel.

Did open water immediately followed by Advanced open water in 1995.
