Biography:
I am a marine biologist and a marine scientist, upon graduation from the university. I devoted myself in the sea. I have established with other colleagues CMAS in Cyprus C.F.U.A. has earned a reputation as a high quality marine technology research and development facility to government needs. I have done research on underwater archaeology alien species migration, marine biodiversity, and pollution issues in the east Mediterranean Sea. Presently, I am the president of the Cyprus Scientific committee, teaching underwater science, in the fields of marine biology, marine sciences, and scientific diving, in the Cyprus Underwater Federation.

Dive History:
I have actually started Scuba when I was in Special Forces, later I have been trained in Europe during my studies in marine biology and marine sciences. Since 1979 to present day I have been an instructor Brevet 3 star (cmas) and brevet instructor on underwater marine biology. I have done various projects like underwater archaeology with the University of Cyprus (mazotos shipwreck. The ship was commercial and was sunk at about the mid-forth century B.C. It lies at a depth of 45m in the area of the village Mazotos, about 2.5km from the shore. Research work on marine biodiversity, Levant basin or east Mediterranean sea, engaging on oceanographic affairs i.e. underwater currents velocity, sediments transportation, erosion and pollution cause by human interactions. trained post graduate students of the Cyprus University. I have been in Malaysia and study the coral reefs in terms of transplantation scientific applications.been participated on a discovery channel project.
