Usually manifolded X7-100 or LP 95 doubles on a backplate with a Halcyon Explorer wing, a long hosed Mk 17 G250 primary and a bungeed Mk 17 G250 backup. But I often use Phoenix Royal Aquamaster double hose reg for single tank recreational diving.
