    Hey there. Diving in the Cook Islands is pretty mediocre due to a big hit from the crown of thorns starfish, so don't expect healthy reef. If you do end up going, just remember that it's a destination with diving not a diving destination. You can hit Raro and Aitutaki at the same time, but you will have to fly to Aitutaki. If you dive Raro, I suggest either Dive Rarotonga or Cook Island Divers. The other 2 don't have very good reputations. Aitutaki only has 1 dive operator so you won't have a choice, but I forget what it's called now. I know the owner's name is Ono.
    I used to live in the Cook Islands and have dived it (and other Pacific islands) extensively. If you need any more advise, please feel free to message me. Hope this helps.
