Dive History:
I mostly dive in Oregon. The Newport/Southbeach Yaquina Bay South Jetty has 5 fingers and is full of rockfish, perch, lingcod, and crabs. I love to hunt/spear and gather (dungeness crabs). When we travel I will try to dive. My favorite travel dive spot is Eilat on the Israel Red Sea. It is the Northern most coral sea in the World. When I took my son there, he came up and said, "Daddy, It's a hundred times better than I expected." He became a PADI Instructor there and stayed for about 700 dives. --- We also love to dive the Puget Sound area of Washington, especially the Hood Canal. --- Last summer I was diving in Japan! We have been hoping to do medical relief work in Thailand this summer (and diving with Marcia at Gekko Divers), but alas, we'll be in New Mexico instead.

We did our PADI Open Water and Advanced through Eugene Skin Divers Supply (they are great). Also have done Deep, High Altitude, Nitrox, and other specialties as well. I am a Rescue Diver which includes First Aid and CPR.
