  1. yeah but Superior can be a very cold, dark place when she wants. I dove at the Straits of Mackinac 2 summers ago and that is quite impressive. We had about 80-90 feet of visibility at the Eber Ward wreck.(youtube it, there are some good ones of that)
  2. No. It was once Jocassee Valley. It is dammed for power. There are a few structures down there. I have not been to the only one left fully standing yet. It is at ~300'+. Real dark, real deep. I want to be there within 5yrs. You enjoy the Great Inland Seas?
  3. Is Jocassee a natural lake?
  4. Well, the depths where the good viz hides in Jocassee are around 130'-180'. It is dark and cold there too. But atleast the surface helps on the warm up.
  5. Doubtful I'll get in any warm water diving this year. The lakes might hit 60 in late summer but the vis is crap so we stick to the deep cold mine pits and Lake Superior.
  6. I am looking forward to some warmer diving too.
  7. Warming up. FINALLY!
  8. How is everything in MN, sir?
