    Hi,
    I used a Mares 5,4,3 wetsuit which was great....Mares Flexa 5-4-3mm Men's One Piece Wetsuit, Black/Gray

    My wife experiences the cold to a greater degree and wore an Aqualung 7mm suit and she was comfortable.
    In addition, I wore tropical 2mm short booties and these were fine. I'd advise gloves due to the currents and the need to grab onto something.

    Sea urchin spines were a problem for some, but I seemed to be lucky and my suit held out extremely well.
